Little home WOD

This morning, I didn't go for a run but did a little WOD at home, for time.

I did:

50 (knee) push-ups
50 sit-ups
50 Russian kettle bell swings (watch out for the ceiling)
50 air squats

I finished in 14:05 and I'll try to beat that time next week!
